The Organising Committee has settled the provisional schedule of the GLUB 2027 Convent. It covers the seven days of the event, from Monday 22 to Sunday 28 February 2027, and can now be consulted on the portal's Programme page.
A document reproduced exactly
The Programme page reproduces the schedule as the Committee drew it up: a single table, organised by day, each line giving the time, the task, the place and the person or body responsible for it. Nothing has been added, removed or reworded.
The English version of the portal gives, beneath each entry, a translation for English-speaking delegations. In case of doubt, the French text prevails.
The places named
The document names the following places: SOFITEL, MAJESTIC, the Temple Vaudou, the latter provisionally, and Place Amazone. It also provides for excursions to Porto-Novo, Ouidah, Abomey and Dassa.
A schedule that is still provisional
As its title says, this schedule is provisional. Any change will be published on this portal and sent by e-mail to participants whose registration has been validated.
Participants preparing their journey can already rely on the dates of the event to book their accommodation and declare their arrival times.
