No consent banner, and for good reason
The portal sets no cookie requiring consent: no advertising, no third-party analytics, no embedded social network. There is therefore nothing to accept or refuse.
What is actually stored
| Name | Type | Purpose | Lifetime |
|---|---|---|---|
glub:theme |
Local storage | Remembers your choice of light or dark theme | Until cleared |
glub_session |
Technical cookie | Keeps you signed in to the participant area | Session, 30 min of inactivity |
glub_csrf |
Technical cookie | Protects forms against forged submissions | Session |
These three items are strictly necessary for the service to work. The two technical cookies are set only from the moment you sign in to your participant area: simply browsing the public pages sets none.
What is not used
- No advertising or retargeting cookie
- No third-party analytics tool
- No share button loading a social network script
- No typeface served by a third party : they are self-hosted
- No third-party interactive map loaded without your action
This is also why no request is made to any external server when you browse the portal: your visit is not visible anywhere else.
Clearing these items
You may delete them at any time from your browser settings ("Clear browsing data"). The consequences: the portal will forget your theme preference, and your session will end if you were signed in.
Server logs
Independently of cookies, the server records the IP address, the timestamp and the page requested, for security purposes. These logs are kept for twelve months at most and are never used for profiling. See the privacy policy.
