That depends on your nationality, your travel document and the length of your stay. These conditions may change without notice.

Yes. The personal badge is free of charge. It is generated once your registration has been validated and is downloaded from your participant area.

Only an opaque control identifier. No personal data appears in it: no name, no obedience, no nationality, no travel document number.

Scanned by a third party, the code reveals nothing. Only the Committee's system can link the identifier to your file, and only for staff authorised to carry out access control.

Download it again from your participant area: the badge remains available throughout the event. On site, go to the reception desk with proof of identity.

No. Accommodation remains the responsibility of the participant. The Committee has negotiated preferential rates with partner hotels: see the list and rates.

No. Travel costs remain the responsibility of the participant. Transfers from Cotonou airport are, however, organised: see the arrangements.
